How to Connect Your Google Business Profile

Connecting your Google Business Profile is the first step to unlocking powerful features like collecting reviews, managing your listings, and chatting with customers. Don’t worry — the process is quick and easy, and you only need to do it once.

Here’s how it works 👇

Step 1: Go to Your Location Settings

Log in to your platform dashboard.

Click on Settings in the left menu.

Go to the Location tab.

Under your location, you’ll see a Google card — click the Connect button.

Step 2: Sign In with Your Google Account

A pop-up window will appear asking you to sign in with your Google account.

Important: You must log in with the Google account that is either Owner or Manager of your Google Business Profile.

If you’re not an owner or manager, you won’t be able to complete the connection.

Step 3: Choose the Verified Business Location

After logging in and giving permission to connect, you’ll see a dropdown menu with your available business locations.

Note: Only verified locations on Google can be connected. If your Google Business Profile is not verified, you’ll need to verify it first via Google.

Select the correct location from the dropdown and confirm.

That’s it! Your business is now connected 🎉

Can I Change the Connected Google Profile Later?

Yes, anytime!

You can go back to Settings → Location, click Disconnect on the Google card, and then reconnect with a different Google account or business location.
