The Payouts section of your DropSaaS dashboard shows how and when your revenue is transferred from DropSaaS to your bank account.
Once clients start subscribing to your white-label platform, payments are processed via Stripe — and your earnings are automatically paid out to your connected bank account.
What is a Payout?
A payout is a bank transfer from your DropSaaS account balance (managed through Stripe) to your personal or business bank account.
Your balance is calculated based on:
💵 Total revenue collected from client subscriptions
➖ Minus Stripe processing fees
➖ Minus DropSaaS platform commissions
➖ Minus any refunds issued to clients
The result is your net revenue — and that’s what gets sent to your bank.
Payouts Are Automatic
You don’t need to manually request a transfer. Stripe handles payouts automatically for you, typically once per week.
👉 As soon as you receive your first client payment, Stripe will automatically begin scheduling payouts on a regular basis. There’s nothing for you to configure — just connect your Stripe account, and you're ready to go.
Payout Statuses You’ll See
In the Payouts section, you’ll find a list of all revenue transfers, each with a current status:
Future Payouts These are funds that Stripe has scheduled for transfer but haven’t been sent yet.
In Transit These payouts have already been sent by Stripe and are currently being processed by your bank. You’ll usually see the money land in your account within 2–3 business days.
View Payout Details
Each payout in the list includes helpful information. Click on any row to open the details:
💵 Amount transferred
📅 Processing date
✅ Payout status (Scheduled, In Transit, Completed)
🏦 Bank account used
📊 Breakdown of what’s included in the payout (revenue, fees, etc.)
This gives you full transparency into where your money is, and how much was deducted in fees.
How to Change Your Bank Account
Need to switch where your money is sent?
No problem — go to your Profile section inside the DropSaaS dashboard, where you can:
Disconnect your current bank account
Connect a new account through Stripe
Save your changes securely
Your next payouts will be sent to the new bank account you add.
