If you change your mind within 7 calendar days of your purchase and you haven’t onboarded any clients, you’re eligible for a full refund.

No Refunds After 7 Days

If you onboard even one client — for example, someone connects their Google Business Profile or enters the platform — you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if you're within the 7-day window.

Why? Because onboarding marks the beginning of your business operations. The moment you activate the platform with clients, you’re using DropSaaS as intended — commercially.
