The Review Link is a unique link that leads your customers to a personalized feedback page for your business.

This link is automatically included in every review request you send through SMS or WhatsApp, and it’s also the destination customers visit when they scan your review QR code — making it super easy for them to leave you feedback.

📝 What Happens When a Customer Clicks the Review Link?

When a customer opens your Review Link, they’ll land on a custom landing page where they can quickly leave a review.

Here’s what they’ll see:

A friendly message inviting them to leave feedback

Two clear options:

👍 Positive Experience → They click “Continue with Google” to leave a public review on your Google Business Profile.

👎 Negative Experience → They can leave private feedback, which only you can see.

Google Reviews appear on your Google Business page and inside the platform

🔒 Private Feedback is visible only to you, inside the Reviews Feed in your dashboard

How the QR Code Works

Inside your DropSaaS dashboard, you’ll find a QR Code that is directly connected to your Review Link.

That means: ✅ When someone scans the QR Code with their phone, they’ll instantly land on your Review Page, where they can leave you a Google review or a private feedback.

What Is the QR Code For?

The QR Code is one of the fastest and easiest ways to collect more customer reviews — especially while your customers are still in your local business.

Here’s how you can use it:

🦷 If you’re a dentist → place a tablet at the reception showing the Review Page or print the QR code and display it near the desk.

🍽 If you own a restaurant → display it next to the cashier or on the table with a small sign.

🏨 If you run a hotel → place it in the room or on the check-out counter.

💼 Any local business → just print the QR code or open it on a tablet where customers can see and interact with it.

Below the QR code on your platform page, you’ll see a Download PNG button. Click it to download just the QR code image — not the whole page.

You can use this image to:

Create printed flyers, posters, or tent cards

Add it to your menus, brochures, or business cards

Include it in your front desk signage or checkout area

How to Send a Review Request

Here’s how to send a review request in just a few clicks:

1. Click on “Invite” in the Reviews Section

This is your starting point for creating a new request.

2. Add Your Contact(s)

You can send a review request by simply entering:

The name of the customer

Their phone number

You can add up to 100 contacts in a single invite! Just use a new line for each contact.

3. Confirm Contact Consent ✅

Before sending the request, you need to check the box confirming that you’ve collected the customer’s data legally and with their permission. This is important to comply with privacy laws.

4. Choose the Messaging Channel

Select how you want to send the review request:

📩 SMS One-Way – Fast and simple, no reply possible

💬 SMS Two-Way – Allows a reply from the customer

🟢 WhatsApp – Great for higher delivery and engagement

5. Write Your Message

You’ll now write your review request message, which will automatically include:

The customer’s name (as a variable)

Your review link (a landing page where they can leave a review)

👉 If they had a positive experience, they’ll be sent to leave a public Google review. 👉 If they had a negative experience, they’ll be asked for private feedback instead — so you can improve without getting public complaints.

6. Hit Send 🚀

Once everything is ready, click Send and your review requests will be delivered to all selected contacts.

Every time someone leaves a Google review or private feedback through your Review Link, it appears here.

Each review or feedback appears as a card, and each card includes:

📸 The photo of the reviewer (if available)

🗓 The date the review or feedback was submitted

👤 The name of the customer

⭐ The rating they gave (only for Google reviews)

💬 The text of the review or message

💬 How to Respond to Reviews and Feedback

Just below the review, you’ll see a reply box that allows you to quickly respond:

For Google Reviews You can reply directly from the platform! Just type your message and click send — your response will appear under the review on Google.

🤖 AI-Powered Reply (Coming Soon) You’ll soon have the option to let our AI write professional, context-aware responses for you. The AI will read the review and generate a smart reply you can approve or edit.

🔒 For Private Feedback If the customer had a negative experience, they may have chosen to leave private feedback. In that case, you can reply via SMS, directly from the platform — but only if you’ve activated a two-way SMS channel.

📵 What If You Only Have One-Way SMS?

If you haven’t purchased a dedicated phone number for your business, your SMS channel is one-way. This means:

You can read the private feedback

But you can’t reply to it via SMS from the platform
