Social Post Scheduling

Your clients will be able to create posts and schedule them for future days and times instead of publishing them immediately. The post feed will transform into a true content calendar, showing both past and upcoming posts.

Team Section (for Local Businesses)

Business owners will be able to add staff members to their account. Team roles can be customized (e.g., only access to certain tools or full admin access), making collaboration more efficient.

Campaigns Tool (CRM + Messaging)

A simplified but powerful messaging CRM where users can create contact lists, segment audiences, and send bulk messages via SMS or WhatsApp. Contacts can be added manually, via CSV, or using an opt-in landing page.

Chat Tool

All incoming customer messages from SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Messaging will be centralized in a single inbox, so your clients never miss a conversation again. Conversations can be marked as resolved and assigned to team members.

WhatsApp Channel Integration

Clients will be able to connect their WhatsApp Business account using WhatsApp API, enabling them to chat with customers and send campaigns via WhatsApp, all from inside the DropSaaS platform.

Facebook Messenger & Instagram Messaging Integration

Messages from these platforms will appear directly inside the new Chat Tool, giving your clients one unified inbox to respond from.

Mobile Version of the Platform

A fully optimized mobile interface is in the works to allow your clients to manage their account, send messages, and reply to reviews from their phone — perfect for busy business owners on the go.

Two-Way SMS Phone Numbers in More Countries

We are expanding our phone number coverage to allow local businesses from more countries to activate their own dedicated two-way SMS channel and respond to reviews or private feedback via SMS.

The Listing product will soon sync not only with Google Business Profiles but also with Apple Maps, improving online visibility across all major platforms.

The Social product will support content creation and scheduling posts on TikTok, opening up new visibility opportunities for younger audiences.

Grey-Labelled Mobile App

Your clients will be able to download a grey-labelled mobile app (with a neutral name), and once logged in, they will see the app branded with your agency’s colors and logo, offering a truly premium experience.
