Your feedback plays a crucial role in shaping the future of DropSaaS. As a reseller, you’re on the frontlines with your clients — you know what local businesses really need to grow, and we want to hear from you.
That’s why we’ve created a simple and structured way for you to request new features.
How to Submit a Feature Request
At the end of this article, you’ll find a link to a Google Form where you can submit your request. The form contains a few short questions to help us fully understand the context, importance, and potential value of your idea.
The more clearly you explain the need behind the feature, the easier it will be for us to evaluate it and prioritize it accordingly.
Here are some of the questions included in the form (with tips for how to answer):
1. What feature would you like us to build?
→ Clearly describe the feature. What should it do? Where in the platform would it be used?
2. Is this feature for you (the reseller) or for your clients (local businesses)?
→ Tell us who the feature is meant to benefit. Is it something you need to sell/manage better, or something your clients need to grow?
3. Why do you think this feature will bring value?
→ Help us understand the real-world impact. Will it save time, improve results, increase retention, reduce churn, or unlock a new use case?
4. If it's a feature for your clients, did the idea come from them or from you?
→ This helps us understand if this is a proactive improvement or a reactive need based on real feedback.
5. If your clients asked for it, what exactly did they say?
→ Share the words or messages they used — screenshots or paraphrased requests are welcome. This helps us identify patterns across multiple resellers.
6. How urgent is this feature for your business?
→ You’ll be able to select a priority level: low, medium, or high. Use this to indicate how critical it is for your operations.
7. How many clients would benefit from this feature (in your estimation)?
→ Give us a rough idea — is this relevant to just a few clients, or would it apply to 50% or more of your base?
Once you submit the form, your feature request is automatically added to our internal database. We periodically review all new submissions, prioritize the most requested or aligned with our product vision, and plan them accordingly.
What Happens After You Submit?
If your feature:
✅ Is requested by multiple resellers, or
✅ Strongly aligns with our vision and roadmap...
…we move it into planning. You’ll then be able to see it listed in our Upcoming Features articles (for both SaaS Mode and Business Mode). From there, we’ll assign it a development timeline and start working on it.
