While the Home screen helps you monitor overall revenue, the Payments section gives you a detailed, transaction-by-transaction view of your financial activity. This is where you can:
Review all successful and failed payments
Understand fees and payout amounts
Issue full or partial refunds
This article will walk you through how to manage payments with confidence and clarity.
💵 Where to Find It
Go to the Home section of your DropSaaS dashboard and scroll down to the Payments Table.
This table lists every transaction made by your clients via payment links — whether from subscribing, upgrading plans, or renewing a monthly subscription.
💰 Types of Transactions
Succeeded Payments
These are payments that have been successfully processed.
For each payment, you can view:
Total amount paid
Payment method used (e.g. card, wallet)
Stripe and DropSaaS fees
The client associated with the transaction
Failed Payments
These are payments that were not completed due to issues like:
Insufficient funds
Expired card
Technical error
You can click the failed transaction to view the specific error message.
Use this info to follow up with the client and assist them in fixing the issue.
Issuing Refunds
If a client requests a refund, or if you decide to issue one for any reason, you can do it directly from the Payments table.
How to Refund:
Find the payment in the list.
Click the Refund button.
Choose to refund:
The full amount, or
A partial amount (e.g. refund one month out of three)
Confirm the refund.
Stripe will process the refund automatically, and your client will receive the funds back in their original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I Cancel or Edit a Payment?
Payments cannot be edited or canceled manually once completed. However, you can refund them or issue a new payment link if needed.
For subscription changes (like upgrades/downgrades), use the client’s Billing Portal.
Summary
The Payments section helps you:
Stay on top of every client transaction

Make sure to check it regularly to ensure everything is running smoothly and no payments are missed.
