Understanding the Home Screen Charts

The Home section of your DropSaaS dashboard provides a simple but powerful overview of your business performance. The chart at the top helps you monitor your revenue and growth at a glance, across different time periods.

This is your financial command center — ideal for tracking how your software business is doing over time.

What the Charts Show

You’ll see two main metrics displayed:

✅ Gross Volume

This is the total revenue collected through your white-label platform from client subscriptions.

It includes everything, before any fees or deductions:

Payments from clients

Before Stripe or DropSaaS fees

Before any refunds

✅ Net Volume

This is your actual profit — the amount that will be sent to your connected bank account.

It equals:

Gross Volume – Stripe Fees – DropSaaS Fees – Refunds

This is the number that matters most for your business growth.

Filter by Timeframe

You can switch the chart view to different time periods to analyze trends:

Last 7 Days – See your recent performance and daily trends

Last 30 Days – Track month-to-month growth

Last 3 Months – Analyze quarterly progress

Last 12 Months – Understand long-term trends and seasonality

Use these filters to:

Monitor new campaigns or pricing strategies

Measure client acquisition over time

Forecast your recurring revenue

Tips for Reading the Chart

Hover over each point to see daily totals

Use spikes to identify campaign success or high-performing weeks

Use dips to adjust your outreach or follow-ups

This chart is especially useful if you:

Run recurring marketing campaigns

Want to optimize your pricing

Are aiming for a revenue milestone (like $10K MRR)

Summary
