One of the most powerful features of DropSaaS is the ability to create and customize your own subscription plans. This gives you full control over what features to include, how much to charge, and whether to offer free trials.
This guide walks you through how to create your pricing plans, configure each setting, and generate the payment links to sell your software.
What Are Pricing Plans?
Pricing Plans are the offers your clients subscribe to in order to access your white-label platform. You can:
Define what apps and features are included
Set your own pricing per location
Choose whether to include a free trial
Generate payment links you can embed on your website
Whether you offer a single package or multiple tiers (e.g. Starter, Growth, Pro), plans are fully customizable under your brand.
Step 1: Create a New Plan
Log in to your DropSaaS dashboard.
Navigate to the Plans section under the SaaS Mode tab.
Click on "New Plan" to begin creating your first pricing plan.
Step 2: Name and Visual Customization
Plan Name Enter a clear, brand-aligned name like:
Starter
Growth Plan
Pro Package
Bronze / Silver / Gold
Plan Color Choose a color to visually distinguish your plans within your dashboard. This is for your internal use only—clients will not see this color.
Step 3: Select Plan Features
Customize what features are available to clients under this plan.
Choose Which Apps Are Included
Reviews (Reputation Management)
Listings (Business Info Sync)
Social (Post Scheduler)
Campaigns (Email/SMS/WhatsApp)
Chat (Unified Inbox)
Select Messaging Channels
SMS
Telegram
Choose the Integrations to Enable
Listing platforms (Google, Apple, etc.)
Social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram)
🔒 Note: The Google integration is always enabled by default. This is required for onboarding.
Step 4: Set the Pricing per Location
Each client is charged per location they connect to your software.
Enter the monthly price per location.
Minimum allowed: $9 (or €9) per location/month.
Example: If you set $49 per location and a client connects 3 locations, they will be charged $147/month.
Clients can add or remove locations from their billing portal.
Step 5: Configure Free Trial Options
You can choose whether to offer a free trial:
No Free Trial: Users must pay immediately.
Free Trial Without Payment Method: Anyone with an email can access your platform during the trial.
Free Trial With Payment Method: Users must enter a credit card. They will be charged automatically when the trial ends (unless cancelled).
This is a key part of your onboarding funnel—choose what fits your sales strategy best.
Step 6: Add a Thank You Page URL (Optional)
After a client subscribes, you can redirect them to a custom URL.
Examples:
A login page for the software
A branded thank-you page with a welcome video
A "Getting Started" tutorial
If left blank, a default confirmation screen will be shown.
Step 7: Tax Settings
Decide how taxes are handled at checkout:
Include Taxes: The tax is baked into the final price.
Exclude Taxes: The tax is added on top at checkout (e.g. Sales Tax, VAT).
Use this setting based on your local business regulations.
Step 8: Plan Visibility Settings
Choose if this plan should be visible in the Client Billing Portal.
Visible: Clients can switch to this plan themselves.
Hidden: You control who subscribes by sending direct payment links.
This is useful for offering secret plans or private deals.
Step 9: Finalize the Plan
Once everything is configured:
Click Create.
DropSaaS will automatically generate a Payment Link for the plan.
Use this link on your website, landing page, or in your emails.
When a visitor clicks the link, they’ll go straight to a branded checkout page to subscribe.
Managing Your Pricing Plans
You can edit most of a plan's details at any time—except for the price.
If you need to change the price, you’ll need to delete the plan and create a new one with the updated pricing.
🚨 Important: Deleting a Plan
A plan can only be deleted if:
No clients are currently subscribed to it.
It’s not the only active plan in your billing portal.
Before deleting:
Move clients to another plan or cancel their subscriptions.
Add a new plan as a replacement.
Then delete the old plan.
Tips for Better Conversion
Offer a free trial with no credit card to boost signup volume.
Use clear, benefit-driven names like “Get Reviews” or “Growth Starter.”
Create tiered plans to upsell clients as their business grows.
Highlight your most popular plan visually on your pricing page.
