The Profile section of your DropSaaS dashboard is where you manage your business information, connect bank accounts, and configure how you receive payouts. This section also allows you to select your default currency, which determines how your pricing links and revenue reports behave.
Let’s break it all down.
Update Your Business Information
You can update:
✅ Business name
🗺️ Business address
🌐 Website URL
📇 Other account metadata synced with Stripe
Keeping this information accurate ensures your billing, invoices, and tax documents are generated correctly and match your business identity.
Add or Edit Bank Accounts (Multi-Currency Support)
DropSaaS supports multiple bank accounts, each in a different currency. This makes it easy to operate internationally and receive payouts in the currency that makes the most sense for you.
🔄 How It Works
You can add one or more bank accounts to receive payouts.
Each bank account must be in a supported currency region (e.g., USD for U.S., EUR for Europe).
Your default currency determines:
The currency of new Payment Links
The currency shown in the dashboard reporting charts
The Stripe balance used for payouts
Changing the Default Currency
The first bank account you connect will automatically define your default currency (e.g., connecting a U.S. bank makes USD your default).
If you want to change the default currency:
Add a new bank account in the currency you want to switch to Example: If you want to switch to EUR, connect a valid bank account in the Eurozone.
Once more than one bank account is connected, a “Switch Default Currency” button will appear in your Profile section.
Click the button and choose the new currency (e.g., EUR).
The system will:
Update your default currency
Start generating new Payment Links in that currency
Separate your Stripe balances per currency
⚠️ Note: You cannot switch the default currency unless you have a valid bank account connected that supports the desired currency.
💡 Example:
You first connect a U.S. bank → your default currency is USD.
You then add a European bank → you can now switch your default currency to EUR using the button.
Payout Destination Management
You can have multiple balances, one per currency. Payouts are sent to the bank account linked to each specific currency.
Revenue in:
USD → goes to your U.S. bank account
EUR → goes to your Euro bank account
This setup gives you flexibility to sell and operate globally while receiving payouts efficiently in local currencies.
Extra Security: SMS Verification
Access to your Profile settings is protected with SMS-based 2FA:
You’ll receive a code by SMS each time you open the section
This adds a strong layer of protection to your banking and financial data
Summary
Inside your Profile, you can:
Manage your business and billing identity
Connect multiple bank accounts in different currencies
Switch your default currency (after connecting another bank account)
Protect access with secure SMS verification
Your payout setup is the backbone of your SaaS business—take a few minutes to configure it properly and you're ready to scale internationally.
