How Billing Works

Note for the agency: this article is written as if it's being read directly by your client — the local business owner using the platform. Feel free to copy and paste it into your own knowledge base so your clients have a simple and clear guide to understand how each product works.

Managing your subscription and payments is simple with our built-in billing system. In this article, we’ll walk you through everything you need to know about how you’re billed, how to manage your payment method, how to add or cancel services, and where to find your invoices.

We’ve designed the billing system to be transparent, easy to use, and fully in your control.

What You Pay For

You’ll be billed through the payment method you add to your billing portal for two things:

Your active plan subscription (monthly or yearly, depending on what you choose)

Any credit top-ups (used for sending SMS or WhatsApp messages to your clients)

Where to Manage Everything

To access your billing portal:

Log in to your platform

Click on Settings > Billing

You’ll find options to manage your payment method, subscription plan, invoices, and more

Plan Subscription

👉 How to Subscribe to a Plan

If you’re currently on a free trial and want to continue using the platform once the trial ends:

Go to Settings > Billing

Click “Add payment method”

Enter your card or payment info and click “Update”

💡 You won’t be charged immediately — your plan becomes active and billing starts once the trial ends.

⚠️ If you don’t add a payment method before the trial ends, your account will be paused. You’ll need to re-enter a valid payment method to reactivate it.

🔁 How Billing Works

Once subscribed:

You will be charged automatically every month or year based on your chosen billing cycle

Charges are made to the payment method saved in your account

If a payment fails (e.g. card expired or insufficient funds), your account will be paused until the payment goes through
