What Is Campaigns and What Can It Do?
Campaigns is a simple messaging tool that helps you send mass messages to your contacts, just like a mini-CRM (Customer Relationship Management system).
With Campaigns, you’ll be able to:
Add and manage customer contacts
Segment them into custom lists
Write and send messages to specific groups
Choose the messaging channel (SMS or WhatsApp)
It’s an easy and effective way to keep your customers updated and coming back.
How You’ll Add Contacts
You’ll be able to add new contacts in three ways:
Manually – by entering a contact’s name and phone number one by one.
By uploading a CSV file – if you already have a list of customers.
With an opt-in link – you’ll have a special signup link that leads to a simple landing page where customers can enter their name and phone number to join your list. These contacts will be added automatically to your CRM.
How You Can Organize Your Contacts
You’ll be able to create lists and sublists based on your customers’ interests or behaviors.
For example:
If you run a restaurant, you can create:
A main list with all your customers
A sublist for customers who prefer vegan dishes
A sublist for wine lovers
A sublist for people who attended your cooking class
Then, if you launch a new vegan item on the menu, you can send a message only to your vegan list — making your communication personal and relevant.
If you run a hair salon, you could create:
A sublist for color treatment clients
A sublist for loyal customers
A sublist for clients who visit every 3+ months
More relevant messages = higher response rates.
How You’ll Send a Campaign
Sending a campaign will be as easy as:
Choosing the contact list you want to target
Selecting the channel – SMS or WhatsApp
Writing your message, which can include text and even a link (e.g. to your booking page or website)
Clicking Send – and your message is delivered to all the contacts in that list!
