One of the most powerful features of DropSaaS is the ability to fully white-label the platform and present it as your own branded software. That means your clients will never see the DropSaaS name or logo—only your brand.
Customizing the platform not only builds trust, but also makes your agency look like a modern, professional software provider. In just a few steps, you can personalize the visual identity of your entire SaaS experience.
Let’s walk through how to do it.
Step 1: Choose Your Brand Name
This is the name that will appear in key areas of the platform, including:
The top left corner of the client dashboard
The name displayed in the browser tab
The internal name of your software instance
Choose a name that is short, clear, and aligned with your overall brand identity.
🔁 You can change it later if you rebrand or want to test different names.
Step 2: Upload Your Logo and Favicon
✅ Logo
This is the main image that will appear in your dashboard header (usually top left).
Format: PNG or JPG
Max File Size: 512KB
Recommended Resolution: Between 128x128 and 4096x4096 pixels
Aspect Ratio: Rectangular (horizontal)
✅ Favicon
This is the small icon that appears in the browser tab when someone opens the platform.
Format: PNG, JPG, or ICO
Max File Size: 512KB
Recommended Resolution: Between 16x16 and 128x128 pixels
Shape: Square
💡 Make sure your favicon is recognizable even at small sizes. A simplified version of your logo or an initial works well.
Step 3: Choose Your Platform Color
This will be the primary color used across the entire dashboard—appearing in:
Navigation menus
Buttons and CTAs
Section headers
Highlighted text or icons
Choose a brand color that fits your identity and feels modern. You can paste a HEX code (e.g., #007BFF
) or use the color picker tool.
🔁 You can update this color at any time to match a rebrand or seasonal style.
Step 4: Select a Font
You’ll be able to choose from a variety of professional-looking fonts via a simple dropdown menu.
Select a typeface that reflects your tone:
Sans-serif fonts like Inter or Roboto are clean and tech-oriented
Serif fonts give a more traditional or premium feel
Rounded fonts can feel friendly and accessible
This font will be used for all labels, menus, and buttons across the client interface.
Step 5: Choose Menu Layout
You can control the structure of the navigation your users see:
Sidebar Menu (Left) – A vertical menu along the left-hand side. Great for feature-rich platforms.
Top Menu (Horizontal) – A menu across the top of the screen. Best for minimal, modern layouts.
🧪 Try both and see which layout best fits your platform’s structure.
Step 6: Set the Corner Radius
This controls the roundness of visual elements on your platform like:
Buttons
Input fields
Cards and blocks
You can choose:
Low radius (e.g., 0–4px) for a sharper, more square design
High radius (e.g., 12px+) for a more rounded and friendly aesthetic
This small change can make your software feel more modern and personalized.
Step 7: Save and Apply Your Changes
Once you’ve set all your preferences:
Click the “Save” button at the bottom of the design settings panel.
All visual changes will be applied automatically.
⏳ Note: Some changes (like logos or favicons) can take up to 1 hour to fully reflect on the Business Mode (your clients’ side). Be patient and refresh later to confirm.
Final Result: A Fully Branded SaaS Experience
Once you're done, your white-label platform will be fully personalized to your brand—logo, colors, fonts, and layout.
Your clients will feel like they’re logging into your proprietary software platform—not DropSaaS. And that makes all the difference in building trust, increasing perceived value, and standing out in the market.
